Role specifics and benefits: In this role, you’ll assist physical therapists in delivering, modifying, and assessing treatment plans, lead patients through therapeutic exercises and gait training, apply appropriate modalities, and educate patients and families on home programs to promote continued progress. You’ll document progress, monitor responses to interventions, ensure safety and infection control, and help optimize the daily workflow of the therapy team. The position offers tangible growth opportunities within the physical therapy specialty through cross-site collaboration, exposure to a spectrum of conditions, and access to continuing education and certification support. Competitive compensation includes weekly pay between $1,388 and $1,445, with housing assistance and the potential for contract extensions. You’ll receive comprehensive support, including 24/7 assistance while traveling with the company, a structured onboarding process, and ongoing guidance from clinical leadership. A guaranteed 38 hours per week provides consistency as you ramp up in a new environment, with the possibility to extend assignments based on performance and patient needs.
