Role specifics and benefits: Your core responsibilities will center on delivering advanced critical care to ICU patients, including continuous monitoring, ventilator management, hemodynamic support, and the administration of complex medications and protocols. You’ll collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, pharmacists, and nutritionists to coordinate care plans, interpret labs and imaging, and respond rapidly to clinical changes. You’ll participate in rounds, contribute to evidence-based practice, and engage in family conferences to explain plans and expectations with empathy and clarity.
