Answer the call to make a lasting impact as a Travel Registered Nurse specializing in Oncology, serving patients in Lawrenceville, Georgia, and across diverse clinical settings nationwide. This role is designed for skilled oncology nurses who want to broaden their practice, deepen patient relationships, and contribute to multidisciplinary teams that fight cancer every day. You will start on 01/19/2026, signing a weeks-long contract with guaranteed 36 hours per week and competitive weekly pay between $1,618 and $1,762. Beyond the paycheck, you’ll access a structured pathway for professional growth, onboarding support that respects your expertise, and a clear framework for expanding your scope within oncology.

Georgia’s Lawrenceville location offers the best of Southern charm and urban convenience. You’ll work in a vibrant community just outside Atlanta, with easy access to cultural events, parks, restaurants, and educational opportunities for you and your family. As part of this travel program, you may have the chance to support oncology teams in other locations across the United States, gaining exposure to different patient populations, hospital systems, and best practices. And when you’re not on assignment, Georgia’s scenic byways, year-round festivals, and historic towns invite you to recharge and explore, from the Blue Ridge foothills to coastal escapes on occasional rotations.

Role specifics: As an Oncology RN, you’ll perform comprehensive patient assessments, monitor chemotherapy administration and infusion reactions, manage adverse events, and coordinate with physicians, pharmacists, social workers, and nutrition teams to optimize treatment plans. You’ll provide symptom management, palliative care support when needed, educate patients about regimens, expected outcomes, and self-care strategies, and document care plans accurately in electronic health records. The position emphasizes safety, infection control, and evidence-based practice, with opportunities to pursue oncology certifications and leadership tracks as you gain experience. Benefits go beyond base pay: sign-on bonuses, housing assistance, and the possibility of contract extensions based on performance and client needs. You’ll also receive travel logistics support, per diem guidance, and a 24/7 help line to assist you wherever you are, ensuring you feel supported as you travel between assignments.

Company values: Our client-first approach centers on empowering every nurse to grow—professionally, personally, and financially. You’ll join a culture that prioritizes mentorship, ongoing education, and a collaborative environment where your voice matters. Expect structured feedback, recognition for excellence, and a clear pathway to advanced roles in oncology or related subspecialties. The organization is committed to supporting work-life balance, helping you maintain clinical confidence while navigating new settings, and providing resources that sustain your well-being as you travel and serve diverse communities.
