Mid Level
Embark on a rewarding journey as a Travel Physical Therapy Assistant in Lebanon, New Hampshire, where your clinical skill and compassionate approach elevate patient outcomes across diverse settings. This specialty-focused role invites you to apply evidence-based rehabilitation techniques, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and expand your clinical acumen while supporting patients through meaningful recoveries. Picture guiding gait training, restoring function after injury or surgery, and empowering individuals to reclaim independence—then imagine taking that impact with you as you travel to different communities. As you pursue this opportunity, you’ll also have the chance to explore New Hampshire’s remarkable scenery: autumn foliage that paints the White Mountains in gold, tranquil lakes, and charming towns that invite exploration after a fulfilling day of care.
Lebanon’s Upper Valley location blends small-town warmth with a robust healthcare network, creating an ideal backdrop for professional development and outdoor recreation. You’ll benefit from access to skilled clinicians, well-equipped facilities, and the flexibility to work in a range of settings across the United States if you choose to expand your assignments later. The region is famed for outdoor adventures—hiking in the foothills of the White Mountains, paddling rivers, and enjoying seasonal festivals—providing a balanced lifestyle that fuels your care mindset. This travel assignment is designed to offer stability with guaranteed hours while you broaden your professional footprint, supported by a network that can accompany you to new locations nationwide as your career evolves.
In this role, you’ll deliver comprehensive physical therapy assistant services aligned with patient goals and rehabilitation plans. Responsibilities include performing objective assessments, assisting with therapeutic modalities, designing and implementing therapeutic exercises, gait and balance training, fall prevention, pain management strategies, edema control, and patient and family education. You’ll document progress, coordinate with physicians and therapists, and contribute to discharge planning and home exercise programs. The position supports professional growth through exposure to diverse caseloads and settings—ranging from inpatient to outpatient to skilled facilities—strengthening clinical decision-making and communication skills. The role also offers attractive benefits: a competitive weekly pay range of $1,424 to $1,530, guaranteed 35 hours per week, and the potential for bonuses and housing assistance. You’ll have the option to extend assignments or explore additional opportunities that broaden your experience, all while enjoying continuous access to mentorship and on-call support. Importantly, a robust support system accompanies you: 24/7 assistance and dedicated travel coordinators ready to help with onboarding, housing, transportation, and any on-site needs, ensuring you’re never navigating challenges alone while you travel.
Our company values empower your career trajectory and well-being. We are committed to fostering a culture that promotes skill development, recognizes your contributions, and sustains a supportive, inclusive work environment. We believe in pairing you with meaningful roles that challenge and inspire, while providing the tools and encouragement to grow—from clinical competencies to leadership opportunities—so you can shape the future of rehabilitation wherever you practice.
