• Every Other Weekend Off: Enjoy a balanced schedule that gives you time to recharge and explore the beautiful surroundings.
• Prior Travel Experience Preferred: Ideal for RNs who have previously worked travel assignments.
• EPIC Training Provided: If you haven't worked with EPIC in the past 12 months, we offer 2.5 hours of essential training before you start.
• Bi-Weekly Orientations: Begin your journey with a thorough orientation every other Monday.

What You Need:

• Active RN License: Must include your license or proof it’s in process with your resume.
• Complete Work History: Ensure all details are comprehensive, including bed count, EMR, and facility type. Address any employment gaps over 30 days.
• Covid and Flu Compliance: Provide proof of vaccination or declination in your packet.
• Reliable Transportation Required: Public transportation is not available, so a personal or rental vehicle is necessary. TLC Can provide you with a Rental Car that is All Wheel Drive and has SNOW Tires!

Duties
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
- Monitor patient vital signs and symptoms
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans
- Educate patients and their families on health management
- Maintain accurate patient medical records
- Assist in medical procedures such as suturing and wound care

Requirements
- Valid RN license
- Experience in dementia care, long-term care, memory care
- Proficiency in administering injections
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and critical thinking skills
