About the Opportunity
TLC Nursing is seeking Occupational Therapists (OTs) for nationwide assignments across Full-Time, Part-Time, Per Diem (PRN), and Contract roles.
Whether you’re a new graduate OT ready to start your career or an experienced clinician looking for variety, TLC has rewarding opportunities in hospitals, schools, rehab centers, skilled nursing facilities, and outpatient settings nationwide.
Pay: $1,800–$2,300/week (depending on location, setting, and experience)
Schedules: Days or Evenings | Flexible start dates | 8–13+ week contracts (extensions available)

Requirements
- Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license (Compact or State-specific)
- 1+ year of experience preferred, but new grads encouraged to apply
- BLS certification (AHA or ARC)
- Strong communication, adaptability, and documentation skills
- Willingness to travel for nationwide assignments
