Answer the call to advance patient care as a Registered Respiratory Therapist in California’s picturesque Lodi region. This dynamic travel assignment invites you to make a tangible impact over several weeks, beginning January 26, 2026, with a competitive weekly pay range of $1,699 to $1,811 and the potential for contract extensions. As you bring expert respiratory support to diverse clinical teams, you’ll experience the satisfaction of guiding patients through recovery, improving outcomes, and mentoring peers along the way. You’ll join a supportive network designed to help you excel, while you explore a region famed for its community spirit, wine country charm, and outdoor allure.

California’s Lodi offers more than a clinical setting; it invites you to savor a lifestyle where quality care meets a high quality of life. Nestled in the northern Central Valley, Lodi blends vibrant local dining, strollable streets, and easy access to outdoor adventures. You’ll enjoy the region’s renowned wine trails, picturesque riverfront parks, and welcoming neighborhoods. Role specifics and benefits:

You’ll collaborate with physicians, nurses, and therapists to develop individualized care plans, respond to acute changes in patient status, and educate patients and families on therapy goals and home care strategies.
- Professional growth: this assignment is designed to broaden your clinical repertoire across adult and, where available, pediatric populations. You’ll have access to mentorship from experienced RRTs, opportunities to pursue specialty certifications, and exposure to progressive care, ICU, and step-down environments that sharpen critical thinking and decision-making in fast-paced settings.
- Competitive benefits and extensions: in addition to a competitive weekly rate, you may receive a signing bonus, housing assistance or stipends, and extension options based on performance and facility needs. Given the travel nature, the position supports flexible scheduling and the potential to extend into longer-term assignments aligned with your career goals.
- Comprehensive support: our travel team provides 24/7 assistance, including clinical and logistics support, to ensure you feel secure whether you’re on-site or between assignments. You’ll have access to continuous operational guidance, credentialing help, and a dedicated liaison who coordinates housing, payroll, and site onboarding so you can focus on clinical excellence.
