- Provide patient and family education to promote safety, understanding, and engagement in discharge planning and post-acute recovery.
- Demonstrate clinical excellence on fast-paced med-surg units, with exposure to post-op care, electrolyte management, infection control, and complex comorbidity management.
- Seek professional growth through mentorship, cross-training opportunities, and potential stepping-stone experiences into leadership, education, or specialty tracks.
The program emphasizes competitive financial and housing supports to ease the life of a traveling RN. Expect a weekly pay range of $1,861 to $1,989, with guaranteed hours of 36 per week, ensuring financial stability while you roam. In addition to solid compensation, you’ll have access to a sign-on bonus, housing assistance or stipends, and the flexibility to extend your assignment if you find your fit within the team and the community. You’ll also benefit from comprehensive support throughout your travel—24/7 assistance and a dedicated travel concierge team to help with housing, onboarding, shift changes, and problem-solving so you can focus on patient care. Our program is designed to minimize the friction of travel, offering seamless credentialing support, orientation, and ongoing collaboration with a nationwide network of healthcare professionals.
