On a Med Surg floor you’ll perform comprehensive assessments, interpret monitors, administer medications, manage wound care and infusion therapies, coordinate discharge planning, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes. You’ll mentor junior staff, precept new travelers, and pursue specialty certifications or leadership development that aligns with your career goals. This position includes a competitive compensation package: weekly pay in the range of $1,741 to $1,884, with a bonus program and potential housing assistance to ease your transition. While hours are not guaranteed (0.0 guaranteed hours), you’ll have the opportunity to extend your assignment and continue contributing where you’re most needed.
