Role specifics and benefits: as a Med Surg Tele RN, you’ll deliver comprehensive inpatient care to adults with a range of medical and post-surgical conditions, while continuously monitoring telemetry data, adjusting plans, and collaborating with physicians, case managers, and interdisciplinary teams. Core responsibilities include patient assessment and reassessment, rhythm interpretation, telemetry surveillance, medication administration, IV therapy, wound care, discharge planning, and vigilant safety rounding. You’ll lead care coordination for smooth transitions, advocate for patient and family education, and document with precision in electronic health records to support optimal outcomes.
