Step into the forefront of perioperative care as a Registered Nurse in the OR in Los Angeles, California. This position invites you to leverage meticulous skill, compassionate leadership, and a patient-centered mindset to drive exceptional outcomes from incision to recovery. You’ll join a dynamic team where precision, collaboration, and adaptability are daily imperatives, empowering you to elevate standards in a world‑class medical environment. And as you advance your career, you’ll be inspired by California’s iconic landscapes—the sunlit Pacific beaches, the rugged coastal cliffs, the Inland Empire’s canyons, the Sierra’s snow-kissed peaks, and the wine-country valleys. Separately, you’ll discover California’s beauty in every season, from golden sunsets over the city skyline to quiet moments in national parks, reminding you that healing occurs best when body and spirit feel supported.

In Los Angeles, you’ll access leading hospitals, state‑of‑the‑art OR suites, and multidisciplinary teams that push the boundaries of perioperative care. The city’s rich cultural diversity enhances clinical insight and patient communication, offering opportunities to tailor care to varied populations. The role also opens pathways to assignments across California or other U.S. locations, providing exposure to different surgical specialties, equipment, and processes. This versatility strengthens your skill set, expands your professional network, and enriches your career narrative while you enjoy the experiences and opportunities that come with living in a dynamic urban hub.

As an OR RN, you’ll support the surgeon and anesthesia team, anticipate instrument and equipment needs, maintain sterile technique, perform accurate counts, monitor patient status, assist with positioning and draping, and participate in rapid responses during emergent events. You’ll contribute to preoperative assessments, patient education, and postoperative handoffs, while upholding safety protocols and infection control. The role offers clear opportunities for growth into leadership, perioperative education, or specialty certification such as CNOR, supported by mentorship and structured career ladders. In addition to professional development, you’ll receive competitive benefits – including a weekly pay range of $2,529 to $2,579, housing assistance, and the possibility of contract extensions to deepen your continuity of care with patients and teams. You’ll also have access to a comprehensive support network, including 24/7 assistance from the company while you’re traveling, helping with housing, credentialing, and on‑site coordination to smooth transitions between assignments. Keep in mind that hours and pay are estimates and may vary; final compensation and guaranteed hours will be confirmed during the hiring process.

Our company values empower every RN to grow, lead, and thrive. We’re committed to a culture of mentorship, transparent communication, and ongoing professional advancement, with leaders who champion your wellbeing and professional goals.
