Role Specifics and Benefits: In this LTC-focused nursing role, you’ll perform essential clinical duties under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians, while guiding residents through daily routines and health goals. Core responsibilities include medication administration, monitoring vital signs, identifying changes in condition, wound care and skin integrity management, timely documentation, and adherence to care plans that reflect each resident’s preferences and goals.
