3. LPN - Long-Term Care (Malone, NY)

   • Shift: Nights (5x8)
   • Assignment Length: 20 weeks
   • Weekly Pay: $1,704.00
   • Guaranteed Hours: 40 per week

What You Need:

• Active LPN License: Must include your current license or proof that it’s in process with your resume.
• Complete Work History: Ensure your resume includes detailed experience in long-term care facilities.
• Covid and Flu Compliance: Proof of vaccination or declination is required in your application.
• Reliable Transportation: A personal or rental vehicle is necessary as public transportation may not be available. TLC Nursing can assist with arranging transportation if needed.
