Role Specifics and Benefits: As a Physical Therapist on this contract, you will assess, diagnose, and design individualized rehabilitation programs, focusing on functional mobility, strength, balance, and safe gait training. You’ll implement therapeutic techniques, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and patient education to empower independence. You’ll conduct timely evaluations, set measurable goals, document progress, and coordinate with physicians, nurses, and case managers to ensure seamless discharge planning. The package includes recognition for your contributions, with a competitive weekly pay rate of $2,122-$2,206, reflecting your experience and the intensity of the caseload.
