Role Specifics and Benefits: In this role you’ll perform comprehensive OT evaluations, interpret findings, and develop individualized treatment plans to improve activities of daily living, mobility, cognition, sensory processing, and participation in meaningful life roles. You’ll implement evidence-based interventions, monitor progress, document outcomes, and coordinate with physicians, therapists, and caregivers to ensure smooth transitions at discharge. You’ll lead home modifications, adaptive equipment recommendations, caregiver education, and community reintegration. The position supports professional growth through specialty tracks and mentorship, with potential extensions based on performance and facility needs. Competitive compensation includes a weekly pay range of $2,141–$2,195, guaranteed 40 hours per week, and a housing assistance program plus a possible signing or travel bonus.
