As a Respiratory Therapist, you’ll perform comprehensive respiratory care, including patient assessment, monitoring, and treatment planning; administer inhaled therapies, bronchodilators, and airway clearance techniques; manage ventilator support, weaning protocols, and noninvasive modalities; respond to acute events in collaboration with physicians and the care team; document care plans accurately and efficiently; and mentor junior staff if opportunities arise. You’ll receive a competitive weekly pay of $2,184 to $2,259, with housing assistance, sign-on or retention bonuses where applicable, and potential contract extensions to match your career trajectory.
