In this Med Surg RN role, you’ll deliver holistic inpatient care for adults with a wide spectrum of medical conditions. Core responsibilities include comprehensive patient assessment, monitoring vital signs and labs, administering medications and IV therapies, wound care, mobility assistance, and coordinated discharge planning. You’ll collaborate with physicians, case managers, and the broader care team to ensure safe transitions of care and optimized patient outcomes. The role supports professional growth within Med Surg through mentorship, expanded scope, and exposure to complex cases.
