Your responsibilities include comprehensive evaluations, individualized treatment plans, and progressive adaptations to help clients regain independence in dressing, mobility, self-care, and community participation. You’ll collaborate with physicians, SLPs, physical therapists, and social workers to ensure coordinated care and smooth transitions home or to community settings. You’ll have opportunities to grow within occupational therapy—expanding into pediatrics, neuro rehab, geriatrics, or home health—and to pursue certifications and mentorships. Benefits are competitive: weekly pay of 1,743 to 1,779, 35 guaranteed hours, a welcome bonus, housing assistance, and potential for contract extensions. You’ll receive 24/7 support from a traveling specialist team to assist with logistics, clinical questions, or urgent needs, letting you focus on patient outcomes.
