In this role, you’ll lead the decontamination, inspection, packaging, and sterilization of instrument sets and implant kits. You’ll maintain sterilization equipment, monitor cycles, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with AAMI/ANSI standards and hospital policies. You’ll document procedures, troubleshoot workflow interruptions, and collaborate with perioperative teams to ensure instrument readiness and traceability.
