Role Specifics and Benefits: Your day-to-day responsibilities include conducting comprehensive psychiatric assessments, monitoring safety and risk, administering medications per orders, and implementing evidence-based interventions within a multidisciplinary framework. You’ll contribute to the development and adjustment of individualized treatment plans, coordinate therapy and recovery activities, participate in crisis stabilization, and engage in thorough discharge planning.
