In the LTC RN role, you’ll oversee comprehensive patient care for residents in long-term care settings, guiding therapeutic plans, coordinating with interdisciplinary teams, and delivering hands-on nursing that emphasizes safety, comfort, and autonomy. Your responsibilities will include comprehensive assessments, medication administration and reconciliation, monitoring chronic conditions, wound and IV care within scope, and timely documentation that informs care decisions. You’ll lead and participate in daily rounds, ensure adherence to regulatory and safety standards, and communicate clearly with families to support informed choices and peace of mind. This position rewards clinical versatility, as you’ll address geriatric health concerns, mobility and fall risk management, pain control, nutrition support, and rehabilitation goals. The role also provides pathways for professional growth, enabling you to pursue specialty certifications, diversify your clinical repertoire, and mentor junior staff as you gain experience in a variety of LTC settings.

The role is supported by generous benefits designed to attract and retain top nursing talent. You’ll enjoy competitive weekly pay in the range of $1,225 to $1,261, with the opportunity to maximize earnings through performance, additional shifts, or extension opportunities. The assignment includes housing assistance to ease relocation and living arrangements, along with a sign-on or completion bonus where applicable, reflecting the value we place on your commitment. While this contract operates with scheduled weeks, there is no guaranteed hourly commitment; instead, you’ll be welcomed into a structure that prioritizes patient needs, facility planning, and your professional goals, with extension opportunities that allow you to build satisfying, continuous relationships with teams and residents. You’ll also have access to robust 24/7 support from our traveling healthcare professionals team, ensuring you’re never alone on the road and always backed by a network that values safety, resources, and timely guidance.

Our organization prides itself on empowering staff through clear paths for career advancement and a supportive work climate.
