In this Long-Term Care LPN position, you’ll provide essential nursing care under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians, with responsibilities that span direct patient care, medication administration, and accurate documentation. You’ll conduct routine assessments, monitor vitals, manage wound care, assist with activities of daily living, and observe changes in residents’ conditions to communicate promptly with the care team.
