Role specifics and benefits
- Key responsibilities: Act as a primary scrub and/or circulating RN in diverse surgical specialties, maintaining a sterile field, assisting surgeons with instrumentation, and coordinating with anesthesia teams to monitor patient status throughout procedures. Prepare patients preoperatively, ensure accurate counts and documentation, manage equipment and supplies, and facilitate safe patient handoffs to post-anesthesia care. Demonstrate flexibility to support a range of cases—from general and orthopedic to specialty procedures—while adhering to rigorous safety and infection-control protocols.
