- Key responsibilities: Act as a primary scrub and/or circulating RN in diverse surgical specialties, maintaining a sterile field, assisting surgeons with instrumentation, and coordinating with anesthesia teams to monitor patient status throughout procedures. Prepare patients preoperatively, ensure accurate counts and documentation, manage equipment and supplies, and facilitate safe patient handoffs to post-anesthesia care.
