In this role, you will support licensed physical therapists by delivering individualized therapeutic interventions for patients recovering from injuries or managing chronic conditions. Your responsibilities include conducting therapeutic exercises, assisting with gait training and balance activities, supervising assistive devices and orthotics, applying modalities as directed, and documenting patient progress in electronic medical records. You will contribute to discharge planning, coordinate with care teams, and participate in outcome tracking to demonstrate progress and inform future care plans. You’ll learn to triage urgent issues, communicate clearly with patients and families, and uphold safety, hygiene, and documentation standards.
