Globe, AZ
Contracted
Cobre Valley Regional Medical Center
Mid Level
Step into the fast-paced, life-saving world of Emergency Room nursing in Globe, Arizona, where every shift is a chance to make a tangible difference for patients and families in moments of crisis. As a Travel ER Registered Nurse, you will be at the forefront of critical care, coordinating with physicians, technicians, and hospital teams to stabilize, assess, and monitor patients under pressure. This isn’t just a job—it’s a mission to bring high-quality care to diverse communities while you explore new places, deepen your clinical expertise, and expand your professional network. If you’re drawn to high-energy environments where you can rely on your clinical judgment, dexterity, and compassion, this opportunity is designed for you. Beyond the bedside, you’ll discover why Arizona’s landscapes—from vivid sunsets to rugged desert vistas—offer a backdrop that recharges your focus and enriches your daily experience. Globe’s approachable community and proximity to outdoor adventures provide a welcoming home base as you contribute to a broader network of care across the nation. You’ll join a program that values hands-on excellence, compassionate care, and the personal growth that comes with navigating diverse clinical scenarios in a supportive, team-first setting.
Working in Globe, you’ll enjoy the charm of a historic Arizona town with a friendly, supportive healthcare ecosystem, modern facilities, and access to a wide range of specialty services. The city sits in Gila County, offering easy access to outdoor activities, cultural events, and a lower cost of living relative to bigger metros—an ideal combination for sustainable travel nursing. And because this program is designed for flexibility, you may also have opportunities to experience other regions across the U.S., expanding your clinical exposure, learning new ER protocols, and building a versatile resume that opens doors for future roles. In every assignment, you’ll have the infrastructure you need: modern equipment, robust IT systems, and collaborative teams that value your input and clinical judgment. Globe’s unique blend of community feel and professional rigor creates an environment where you can deliver top-tier patient care while enjoying meaningful downtime and genuine connection with locals who appreciate your expertise.
Your day-to-day responsibilities as a Travel ER RN include rapid triage, patient assessment, and initiating evidence-based stabilization plans for trauma, chest pain, stroke, sepsis, and other time-sensitive emergencies. You’ll perform high-level monitoring, establish airway support when needed, administer medications, initiate IV access, interpret diagnostics, and participate in rapid response and code situations with composure and leadership. You’ll be encouraged to grow within the ER specialty through structured onboarding, continuing education credits, and exposure to varied patient populations—pediatric through geriatric—across shifts and sites. The compensation package is competitive, with weekly pay ranging from $2,440 to $2,577 and guaranteed hours at 36 per week, providing financial predictability alongside your adventurous schedule. The program includes a sign-on or completion bonus, housing assistance to reduce relocation friction, and extension opportunities to lengthen a successful assignment or transition smoothly to your next chapter. You will not be alone on the road: a dedicated, 24/7 support team stands with you throughout your travel, offering clinical guidance, logistics help, and emergency assistance whenever you need it. You’ll have access to seamless onboarding, credentialing support, and employer-provided resources designed to minimize downtime and maximize your clinical impact. This is a role where your leadership, quick decision-making, and teamwork are celebrated as core drivers of patient outcomes.
Our company is built on a commitment to empowering staff—investing in their growth, recognizing expertise, and fostering a culture that values safety, compassion, and collaboration. You’ll find a supportive environment where feedback is welcomed, mentorship is available, and opportunities for advancement are clear and attainable. We believe that when you feel valued, you provide better care, and better care fuels stronger communities. This is a place where your clinical leadership can flourish, where teamwork across disciplines is standard practice, and where your professional development is a priority that informs every assignment and every shift. The environment is designed to elevate your practice, with access to peers who push for excellence and leaders who invest in your success through structured development plans, accredited CE opportunities, and shared governance that values your voice in shaping ER protocols and patient experience.
