St Anthony Health/Rehab
Mid Level
Step into a pivotal role as a Licensed Practical Nurse specializing in Long-Term Care, where your steady hands, clinical judgment, and compassionate approach transform residents’ daily lives. This contract-based opportunity starts on 02/02/2026 and runs for several weeks, giving you the chance to impact a dedicated team while delivering high-quality, person-centered care. You’ll have the opportunity to learn, grow, and make a meaningful difference in a setting that values reliability, teamwork, and clinical excellence. And when you’re not on assignment, you can savor New Mexico’s beauty—vast desert skies, expansive plains, and charming towns steeped in history, art, and culture.

Located in Clovis, New Mexico, you’ll find a supportive community that appreciates skilled nursing care and the dedication of frontline clinicians. Clovis offers a welcoming base with family-friendly amenities, cultural events, and outdoor recreation nearby. For travel clinicians, this assignment also opens doors to opportunities across the United States, allowing you to broaden your professional network, refine your practice, and experience a variety of long-term care environments. Our program combines the stability of caring for residents with the flexibility to explore new communities, all while you sustain continuity of care for those who depend on you.

As an LPN in Long-Term Care on this assignment, you’ll play a central role in promoting comfort, safety, and quality of life. Your responsibilities include administering medications and treatments under physician orders, assessing and monitoring vital signs, and identifying early changes in health status. You’ll perform wound care, assist with activities of daily living, support mobility and rehabilitation efforts, and help prevent infections and falls through proactive safety measures. You’ll participate in care planning, document thoroughly in electronic medical records, and communicate clearly with interdisciplinary teams, residents, and families. You’ll have opportunities to mentor less-experienced teammates and pursue professional growth through exposure to diverse patient needs, palliative care considerations, and regulatory compliance. The role also invites you to contribute to quality improvement initiatives and patient education. The compensation reflects a competitive weekly range of $1,075–$1,177, and you’ll benefit from housing assistance, extension opportunities for continued engagement, and a dedicated support team that provides 24/7 assistance while you travel with the company. The contract is designed for multiple weeks, offering flexibility to meet staffing needs while advancing your practice in long-term care.

Our company values empower nursing professionals to advance their careers within a culture of respect, learning, and collaboration. We are committed to a nurturing environment that recognizes your expertise, supports ongoing development, and offers pathways to greater responsibility. You’ll partner with a team that prioritizes ethical, patient- and family-centered care, open communication, and shared problem-solving. You’ll find mentoring, resources, and opportunities to broaden your scope—whether through specialty skills, leadership tracks, or ongoing education—so you can continue to grow while delivering exceptional care. You’ll be supported by colleagues who value your contributions and are dedicated to your professional well-being.
