In this LPN role within Long-Term Care, you will perform essential nursing duties under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians: administering medications and treatments, monitoring vital signs, assisting with activities of daily living, wound care, and delegated clinical tasks; conducting routine assessments, recognizing subtle changes in condition, and communicating findings to the care team; contributing to and updating individualized care plans; ensuring compliance with safety, sanitation, and infection control standards; documenting care accurately and promptly; and supporting residents’ emotional, spiritual, and social needs to promote overall quality of life.
