The position supports professional growth through exposure to diverse caseloads and settings, enabling you to deepen competencies in areas such as pediatrics, neurorehabilitation, hand therapy, or geriatrics, depending on your interests and site needs. You’ll document progress, communicate with medical teams, and participate in case conferences to ensure cohesive, high-quality care. The role also emphasizes best practices in patient safety, ethical standards, and evidence-informed decision making. You’ll have access to ongoing education, mentorship, and opportunities to pursue certifications or specialized training, with clear pathways to extend your assignment and assume broader responsibilities across a network of sites.
