Embark on a transformative journey as a Speech Language Pathologist in Georgia, an opportunity to shape communication outcomes for diverse populations while expanding your professional horizon. In this role, you will assess, diagnose, and treat a spectrum of speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders, partnering with families, educators, and healthcare teams to design engaging, evidence-based plans that empower clients to communicate with confidence. Georgia offers a dynamic backdrop for growth—vibrant communities, rich history, and a climate that supports year-round learning and collaboration. The state’s scenic beauty—from the misty Blue Ridge Mountains to the sun-drenched sands of the Golden Isles and the rolling trails of the Piedmont—provides a restorative setting for you to recharge and reflect on the impact of your work. If you crave variety, this opportunity can also include the option to work in multiple locations across the United States, broadening your clinical exposure and expanding your professional network while maintaining a strong professional home base.
Location Benefits: Georgia is known for its collaborative healthcare environment, welcoming communities, and robust educational systems, all of which create fertile ground for delivering comprehensive SLP services. Whether you’re serving pediatric populations in school-based settings, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams in hospitals, or supporting adults in outpatient clinics, you’ll benefit from supportive administrators, access to innovative therapy tools, and a culture that values evidence-based practice. The state’s diverse demographics offer meaningful, real-world cases that challenge and refine your clinical skills, while its rich array of cultural attractions, outdoor activities, and regional cuisines contribute to a balanced, enriching lifestyle. And for travelers drawn to new horizons, this role opens pathways to work in varied locales across the U.S., delivering fresh experiences and the chance to compare settings, patient populations, and treatment approaches—an unparalleled boost to professional growth and resilience.
Role Specifics and Benefits: This contract centers on delivering high-quality speech-language pathology services, with responsibilities that include comprehensive evaluations, diagnostic interpretation, and the development and execution of individualized treatment plans targeting articulation, language, fluency, voice, resonance, cognition, and swallowing. You’ll monitor progress, re-evaluate goals, document outcomes, and communicate clearly with families, schools, physicians, and care teams to ensure continuity of care. The role emphasizes collaborative practice, evidence-based interventions, and creative, patient-centered approaches that meet each client’s unique needs and cultural context. You will engage in ongoing professional development opportunities, supported by a program that values your expertise and your voice in care planning. This position offers competitive compensation, with weekly pay ranging from $2,207 to $2,354, and a guaranteed 36.0 hours per week, providing stability and predictability in your schedule. The assignment will begin on 01/19/2026 and will run for weeks, with strong potential for extension based on performance and service demand. In addition to competitive pay, you’ll have access to a discretionary bonus, housing assistance to ease relocation or temporary housing needs, and extension opportunities that allow you to grow within the program and take on broader responsibilities over time. A cornerstone of the experience is comprehensive support from a dedicated travel team, including 24/7 assistance while you travel with the company, ensuring you’re never navigating new environments alone—whether you’re relocating for a new site, managing licensing logistics, or coordinating with local teams for a smooth clinical handoff.
The company recognizes that safeguarding your well-being and professional trajectory matters as you balance clinical excellence with personal growth. You’ll be part of a culture that empowers staff through transparent career ladders, regular feedback, and opportunities to pursue specialty certifications or advanced practice roles. Expect a supportive, inclusive environment where your ideas are valued, mentorship is readily available, and colleagues collaborate to share best practices. The organization is committed to sustainable career development, not only delivering outstanding patient care but also investing in your long-term success, community impact, and professional satisfaction. This is more than a job—it’s a pathway to elevating your clinical voice, expanding your clinical toolbox, and shaping the standard of care for the populations you serve.
