- Key responsibilities: Operate CT scanners with precision, select and optimize imaging protocols, administer and monitor contrast when appropriate, ensure meticulous patient positioning and comfort, adhere to radiation safety and ALARA principles, perform quality control checks, verify order accuracy, document procedures, and collaborate with radiologists and technologists to achieve diagnostic quality. Maintain accurate imaging records, participate in workflow optimization, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in imaging services.
