In this Med Surg RN role, responsibilities are centered on delivering compassionate, evidence-based care on busy medical–surgical floors. You’ll perform comprehensive patient assessments, monitor and respond to changes in condition, administer medications with precision, manage IV therapies, and implement care plans that reflect best practices and individualized needs. You’ll contribute to discharge planning, patient education, and family coaching, ensuring smooth transitions from hospital to home or next care setting.
