Role Specifics and Benefits: As an X-Ray Tech, you will perform diagnostic radiographic exams, position patients accurately, and optimize imaging parameters to ensure crisp, diagnostic-quality images. You’ll administer exams with attention to radiation safety, shielding, and infection control, while documenting results in PACS and communicating findings to radiologists and care teams. You’ll collaborate with technologists, nurses, and physicians to refine protocols, reduce repeat exams, and improve patient throughput.
