- Responsibilities: Monitor cardiac rhythms for telemetry patients, recognize and respond to arrhythmias, administer medications and IV therapies per physician orders, interpret telemetry data, collaborate with physicians and nurses, educate patients and families, ensure safe discharge planning and accurate documentation, and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
