Role specifics and benefits: You’ll lead direct patient care for residents in LTC, performing assessments, medication administration, care planning, wound care, falls prevention, and coordination with physicians and licensed staff to implement evidence-based practices. You’ll mentor aides, document in electronic health records, and actively participate in safety, quality improvement, and discharge planning. The role emphasizes professional growth within geriatrics and long-term care, with opportunities to pursue advanced certifications, expand leadership responsibilities, and take on charge or preceptorship duties as your contract extends. We offer competitive compensation with a weekly pay range of $1,756 to $1,823, and a guaranteed 36 hours per week over your weeks of service.
