Philadelphia blends world-class medical institutions with a vibrant cultural scene, historical neighborhoods, and a thriving food and arts landscape. As you work within this region, you’ll enjoy access to leading cancer centers, robust interdisciplinary collaboration, and opportunities to engage with cutting-edge technology and evidence-based protocols. Beyond the city, Pennsylvania reveals a diverse tapestry of environments—from the rolling hills and scenic trails of the Pocono Mountains to serene rural communities and river towns that highlight the state’s natural beauty. This is an ideal setting for a clinician who values both excellence in care and the chance to experience the state’s unique charm. You may also have the opportunity to work in additional locations across the United States, expanding your professional horizon while maintaining the security of a respected employer and a well-structured travel program.

Role specifics and benefits:
- Core responsibilities: administer and supervise Radiation Therapy treatments with precision and safety, collaborate with radiation oncologists, dosimetrists, medical physicists, and nursing teams to ensure treatment accuracy, coordinate treatment planning and verification, perform quality assurance checks, document accurately, educate patients about procedures, potential side effects, and self-care during therapy, and adapt plans in response to clinical changes or equipment updates.
- Professional growth: gain exposure to diverse tumor sites, advanced imaging modalities, and evolving treatment techniques; receive ongoing education, mentorship, and access to specialty certifications that build toward leadership roles in radiation therapy; benefit from structured performance reviews and clear pathways for skill expansion within the specialty.
- Competitive benefits: receive a favorable compensation structure with weekly pay in the stated range alongside a sign-on bonus or incentive programs where applicable; enjoy housing assistance or stipends designed to ease relocation and temporary housing needs; and have extension opportunities to continue your contract if facilities require ongoing staffing or if you wish to extend your stay in a preferred location.
- Support framework: take advantage of comprehensive support services, including 24/7 assistance from the traveling team, dedicated clinical liaisons, credentialing and onboarding guidance, and a robust safety net for travel logistics, housing, transportation, and local compliance. Your well-being and professional success are the company’s priorities, so you can deliver care with confidence while staying connected to a responsive network.
- Work-life considerations: maintain the guaranteed hours and a predictable weekly schedule that supports patient continuity and team cohesion, while the travel model offers you the flexibility to experience different facilities, communities, and clinical cultures within a structured, safety-forward program.
