As an LPN in Long-Term Care, you’ll be at the front line of daily resident care, pairing clinical skills with compassionate communication. Your responsibilities will include administering medications and treatments per physician orders, monitoring vital signs, recognizing early signs of decline, and implementing care plans that emphasize safety, dignity, and activity. You’ll assist with activities of daily living, support restorative and rehab activities, and provide wound care and skin integrity management under the supervision of a registered nurse.
