Based in Dayton, Minnesota, this assignment places you in a community renowned for its warmth, accessibility, and work‑life balance. Dayton offers the charm of a tight-knit city with proximity to larger metro opportunities, providing a satisfying blend of restorative downtime and professional engagement. Beyond Dayton, the role may present opportunities to work at sites across the United States, expanding your clinical repertoire and exposing you to varied imaging modalities, workflows, and patient populations. You’ll enjoy the advantages of Minnesota’s robust healthcare ecosystem—including access to modern imaging equipment, collaborative teams, and a supportive environment that respects your expertise and encourages continued learning.

In this Radiology X-Ray Tech role, you’ll perform high-quality radiographic exams with accuracy and safety at the forefront. Your day-to-day responsibilities include preparing patients for imaging, selecting appropriate views and body part positioning, adjusting technical factors to optimize image quality, and protecting patients and staff from unnecessary radiation exposure through strict adherence to ALARA principles. You’ll operate digital radiography systems, manage image capture, verify patient data, and transmit images to PACS with meticulous attention to detail. Maintaining and troubleshooting equipment, performing routine quality control, and ensuring proper contrast and exposure settings will be part of your daily workflow. Collaboration will be essential: you’ll work closely with radiologists, technologists, nurses, and scheduling teams to coordinate exams, prioritize urgent studies, and communicate findings succinctly when needed. You’ll also contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, seeking opportunities to refine processes, reduce repeat imaging, and support patient education. The opportunity for professional growth is strong—advancing your technical proficiency, expanding your scope across imaging modalities, and engaging in ongoing education that aligns with your career goals. This assignment emphasizes your autonomy and your role as a critical frontline diagnostic partner in patient care.

Our comprehensive benefits package is designed to reward your expertise and support your life outside the exam room. The role offers competitive weekly pay in the range of $2,338 to $2,448, reflecting your experience and the responsibilities of the position. You’ll receive guaranteed hours—40 per week—providing stability and predictable income while you pursue professional development. In addition to strong compensation, you may qualify for a sign-on or performance-based bonus, housing assistance to ease relocation or temporary housing needs, and extension opportunities that enable you to lengthen or repeat assignments based on mutual fit and organizational demand. You’ll have access to robust travel and clinical support—24/7 assistance from a dedicated team to help you navigate anything from site onboarding to on-site challenges—so you can focus on delivering excellent imaging care. The environment is structured yet collaborative, emphasizing mentorship, teamwork, and access to the latest imaging technologies, with systems in place to streamline workflows and reduce downtime so you can devote your energy to patient care and professional growth.

Company values emphasize empowering each staff member to reach new heights. We are committed to creating a supportive work climate where technologists are encouraged to broaden their skills, pursue certifications, and assume leadership roles within imaging services.
