Role specifics and benefits: as an Echo Tech in radiology, you’ll be responsible for performing high-quality transthoracic echocardiograms on adult patients, including acquisition and optimization of 2D, Doppler, color, and spectral data. You’ll work closely with cardiology and radiology teams to capture accurate images, document findings, ensure accurate PACS entry, and participate in quality control procedures. You’ll educate patients about procedures, ensure their comfort, monitor for safety, and adhere to infection control and credentialing standards. You’ll have opportunities to expand your expertise through additional modalities such as stress echo or advanced 3D imaging, when credentialed, with pathways to leadership roles or cross-training within the imaging suite. This role provides competitive compensation and a suite of benefits designed to support you on the road and in your career growth, including weekly pay in the range of $2,450 to $2,655, housing assistance, and the potential for contract extensions.
