About the Role
Join TLC Nursing as a Travel Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) and take your career anywhere you want to go. We have immediate openings across all 50 states in long-term care, rehab, skilled nursing, correctional, memory care, assisted living, and outpatient facilities.

Pay: $2,000–$2,500/week (based on schedule, location, and experience)
Hours: 36–56 hours per week | Day, Evening, or Night Shifts
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care under RN or physician supervision
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
- Record and update patient charts and care plans
- Monitor and report vital signs and patient status changes
- Assist with ADLs and promote resident well-being in LTC settings
- Support patients in rehab, memory care, and subacute environments
- Maintain infection control and safety standards
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
Requirements
- Active LPN license (Compact or state-specific; we assist with licensing)
- Minimum 2 years of Long-Term Care (LTC) or equivalent clinical experience
- BLS certification (AHA or ARC)
- Strong adaptability and communication skills
- Experience in memory care, rehab, or subacute settings preferred
