Mid Level
Step into a leadership role as a Registered Nurse Supervisor in Truth or Consequences, New Mexico, where your clinical expertise meets a community that values compassionate care and personal connection. This assignment invites you to shape patient outcomes, mentor a dedicated nursing team, and influence daily practice through evidence-based leadership. Visualize coordinating care, elevating standards, and guiding staff through complex clinical scenarios while you mentor others to grow in their roles. In this setting, your impact extends beyond the bedside—it's about building a culture of safety, respect, and continuous improvement that resonates with the residents you serve. And for those drawn by exploration, the state offers dramatic landscapes, historic towns, and outdoor adventures that enrich your time off. You can also be part of a broader network, with opportunities to deploy to varied locations across the United States, widening your professional horizons while maintaining the stability of this core role as you begin on December 18, 2025.

Truth or Consequences places you in a welcoming community enriched by sunlit skies and an outdoor lifestyle. You’ll appreciate easy access to natural hot springs, stunning desert vistas, and nearby lakes that invite weekend getaways and outdoor sport. The local culture blends warmth and authenticity, making it easier to feel at home while you lead a team through day-to-day clinical operations. For those seeking broader experiences, this role can expand to assignments at multiple facilities nationwide, offering exposure to diverse populations, regulatory environments, and multidisciplinary teams, all while preserving the continuity and depth of your leadership practice.

As RN Supervisor, you will oversee clinical operations on the unit, supervise licensed and support staff, and coordinate complex patient care plans from admission to discharge. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing staffing strategies that ensure a consistent 36-hour minimum weekly schedule, guiding clinical performance and safety initiatives, and ensuring regulatory compliance with HIPAA, Joint Commission standards, and facility policies. You’ll mentor and coach team members, foster professional development, facilitate effective communication among nurses, physicians, and ancillary staff, and lead performance improvement projects that advance patient outcomes. You’ll participate in daily rounds, monitor patient flow and bed management, and implement evidence-based protocols to optimize care delivery, while proactively addressing staffing gaps and workload balance. With a focus on quality metrics, patient safety, and family-centered care, you’ll cultivate a collaborative environment where staff feel valued, heard, and empowered to grow. The role also offers opportunities to extend your impact through leadership in infection prevention, discharge planning, and staff education, ensuring a high standard of care across shifts. In addition to clinical responsibilities, the position includes comprehensive support from a travel network committed to your success, so you can focus on leading your team with confidence.

The compensation package reflects the value of your leadership and expertise: a competitive weekly pay range of $1,842 to $1,904, with guaranteed hours of 36 per week. The assignment commences on December 18, 2025, and runs for an extended contract of weeks, with the potential for extension based on performance and facility needs. In addition to solid compensation, you’ll have access to a robust benefits slate designed to support you and your family. Expect housing assistance to ease relocation or temporary housing, and a sign-on or completion bonus designed to recognize your leadership contributions from day one. The opportunity for contract extensions provides continuity, enabling you to deepen professional relationships, broaden your clinical leadership footprint, and continue meaningful care in communities that value excellence. You’ll receive dedicated housing support and ongoing stipends where applicable, along with travel partnerships that minimize fatigue and maximize your focus on patient care.

A core value of this opportunity is the company’s commitment to empowering staff and advancing careers. The organization prioritizes a supportive, inclusive culture where leaders are nurtured and professional growth is a shared objective. You’ll benefit from ongoing education programs, leadership development tracks, and access to mentors and peer communities that encourage advancement within nursing leadership. The company emphasizes transparent communication, recognition of achievement, and a collaborative approach to problem-solving—ensuring you’re supported as you navigate complex clinical environments and evolving standards. You’ll join a network that values your contributions, provides 24/7 travel support, and offers resources to help you thrive both professionally and personally, whether you’re in Truth or Consequences or deployed to another location.
