Role specifics and benefits: As a CVOR RN, you’ll participate in perioperative planning, instrument setup, sterile technique, lead counts, and crisis management during emergent events. You’ll support coronary, valve, and complex vascular procedures, ensuring hemostasis, accurate documentation, and seamless transitions to recovery. You’ll partner with surgeons, anesthesia, and surgical techs to anticipate needs, reduce turnover times, and advocate for patient safety every step of the journey. The position offers competitive pay in the weekly range of $2,839 to $3,026, with the potential for a completion bonus and housing assistance to ease transition.
