Role Specifics and Benefits: As an LPN on Med Surg, your responsibilities include accurate vital signs monitoring, timely medication administration, routine wound care and dressing changes, IV therapy assistance, specimen collection, patient education on diagnoses and discharge planning, and coordination with the broader care team to ensure safe transitions.
