As a Travel ICU RN, you’ll be responsible for advanced patient assessment, hemodynamic monitoring, ventilator management, and rapid response to evolving conditions. You’ll coordinate with intensivists, trauma teams, and support staff to implement complex care plans, perform procedures within scope, and document meticulously to support continuity of care. Your growth is supported through structured onboarding, credentialing assistance, ongoing clinical coaching, and opportunities to advance within the ICU specialty.
