Role responsibilities include assessing patient conditions, implementing care plans, administering medications with precision, and monitoring responses to treatment. You’ll perform routine Med Surg nursing tasks—from IV therapy and wound care to post-operative monitoring and patient education—while coordinating with physicians, therapists, and case managers to ensure safe, timely discharge planning.
