Role Specifics and Benefits:
- Core responsibilities: As an OR Tech, you’ll support the surgical team by preparing and organizing instruments, maintaining sterile fields, passing supplies and equipment to surgeons, assisting with instrument counts and specimen handling, and ensuring all perioperative supplies are readily available. You’ll help with room turnover, autoclaving and decontamination workflows, and assist with documentation as directed. You’ll work under the supervision of perioperative leadership to uphold patient safety standards, participate in preoperative setup, and contribute to postoperative recovery support as needed.
