You will be tasked with ensuring optimal image quality, managing patient safety and comfort, and employing advanced CT protocols to deliver timely interpretations that guide critical treatments. Your hands-on work will span routine chest, abdomen, and neuro scans, as well as complex vascular studies and high-resolution imaging, all while maintaining the highest standards of radiation safety and equipment optimization. The impact you’ll make goes beyond pictures on a screen; you’ll support clinicians in making confident clinical decisions and, in turn, help patients receive clearer information and faster care. Separately, you can savor the beauty of California—where the rugged Northern Coast, redwood forests, and sunlit shores offer a backdrop that reminds you why the work you do matters.

You’ll also participate in ongoing quality improvement initiatives, contribute to standardized imaging workflows, and assist with dose tracking and QC measures to uphold the department’s safety and efficiency standards. This role offers a pathway for professional advancement within radiology, with opportunities to expand your expertise in advanced CT techniques, 3D imaging, and cross-sectional interpretation, as well as potential for longer-term extensions based on performance and departmental needs. In recognition of your expertise, you’ll receive a competitive compensation package that can include a signing bonus, and housing assistance to ease the transition to a new locale. The role emphasizes comprehensive support you can rely on, including 24/7 assistance from a dedicated travel team as you move between assignments and locations.
