In this role, you’ll provide high-quality Med Surg Tele nursing across acute care units, coordinating evidence-based care for adult and geriatric medical-surgical patients with telemetry monitoring. Key responsibilities include comprehensive assessment, timely interventions, patient stabilization, and collaborative discharge planning. You’ll partner with multidisciplinary teams to implement care plans, monitor telemetry rhythms, manage intravenous therapies, assist with post-operative recovery, and educate patients and families to promote understanding and adherence. You’ll stay current with patient safety protocols, infection prevention, and regulatory requirements, while leveraging electronic health records to document care and communicate across shifts.
