Responsibilities include delivering high-quality long-term care under physician orders, administering medications in a safe, accurate manner, and supporting residents with daily living activities while preserving dignity and autonomy. You’ll contribute to comprehensive care plans, perform routine assessments, monitor vitals, manage wound and skin care, support pain control, and collaborate with nurses, therapists, social workers, and families to coordinate care. Documentation and communication are essential as you track progress, identify changes, and advocate for timely interventions. You’ll also play a critical role in prevention, infection control, fall prevention, and safety protocols to maintain a secure environment for every resident.
