In this LPN role within Long-Term Care, you’ll deliver high-quality basic nursing care under the supervision of a registered nurse and physician. Your responsibilities will include monitoring residents’ health status, administering medications and treatments per care plans, assisting with activities of daily living, wound care, and infection prevention, and documenting changes with accuracy. You’ll play a key part in medication reconciliation, fall risk assessments, and safety protocols designed to protect residents and support families. You’ll collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to update care plans, educate families, and advocate for residents’ preferences and goals. The position is an excellent pathway for professional growth in geriatrics, palliative care, and care coordination, with structured opportunities to acquire certifications, expand your scope, and take on greater responsibility as you gain experience. With a focus on person-centered care, you’ll learn to balance clinical needs with emotional support, helping residents feel respected, secure, and valued each day.

This role offers competitive benefits that reflect our commitment to your wellbeing and professional trajectory. The weekly pay ranges from $1,387 to $1,436, with a start date of 02/10/2026 and a flexible duration aligned to unit needs and ongoing opportunities. We also provide extension opportunities, so you can continue to grow within the same program if you and your residents form strong bonds and if your schedule and preferences align with continued service. And because traveling can be demanding, you’ll receive 24/7 support from our dedicated travel care team, available to troubleshoot clinical questions, coordinate housing and logistics, and keep you connected to resources that support your success on the road.

Our company is built on empowering staff to take the next step in their careers. We believe in creating a supportive environment where mentorship, ongoing education, and career advancement aren’t afterthoughts but core elements of daily work life. We champion work-life balance, recognizing the demanding nature of long-term care, and we’re committed to fostering resilience, professional pride, and long-term satisfaction.
