In this pediatric-focused nursing role, you’ll deliver high-quality care across inpatient and pediatric units, collaborating with physicians, therapists, and families to create comprehensive care plans. Responsibilities include comprehensive assessments, IV administration, medication management, growth and development monitoring, and education for patients and guardians on post-visit care, discharge planning, and safety practices. You’ll contribute to care coordination, participate in trauma and emergency response as needed, and support families navigating complex health journeys.
